12'6" X 26" ELITE MSL

Who's it for? Serious racers in the 12’6” class

If you’re getting serious about the 12’6” racing class, you’ll need a super-fast board that’s been developed to compete against the best – and win. That board is the Red Paddle Co 12’6” Elite inflatable SUP, the fastest board in its class.

The secret behind its speed is in the details. It utilises our patented RSS system, which stiffens the board so there’s no flex, a common flaw in inflatable race boards, and our patented Forward Flex Control system which stiffens the front section of the board using a carbon compression strut to remove flex that can be created in a race and channels this towards the back of the board increasing overall board speed. The two combined work together to create the fastest inflatable SUP’s currently available on the market.

The board also features double nose fins to aid tracking and displacing water from the deck of the board. The glass fibre centre fin supplied as standard gives the right amount of grip without adding drag, whilst the angled design prevents any debris from getting stuck on the fin. Multiple carry handles are included to provide fast entry and exit of the water and have been designed not to get in the way during racing. The diamond cut, Red embossed deck pad provides ultimate grip in control in all stages of a race.

The 12’6″ x 26″ Elite is designed with experienced paddle boarders in mind that want to be competing for the top step of the podium. If you are new to racing or want something slightly more stable and are willing to give up a fraction of straight line speed then the 12’6″ x 28″ Elite is a great option.

12'6" X 28" ELITE MSL

Who's it for? Competitive types racing in the 12'6" class

These inflatable SUPs are long and narrow, which means they are lightning-quick through the water but also very easy to manoeuvre, control, glide and ride. Being inflatable they pack-down and can be easily transported to races all over the world.

Despite its practicality, there’s no compromise on performance. All Elite boards feature unique innovations which can be found on Red Paddle Co boards: The patented Rocker Stiffening System or RSS for short, counters flex with two stiffening battens that are inserted into pockets on the side of the board; Forward Flex Control System (FFC) then stiffens the front section of the board using a carbon compression strut to remove flex that can be created in a race and channels this towards the back of the board increasing overall board speed.

The 28″ wide Elite is the perfect entry board to racing or those over 110kgs/240lbs, also if the majority of your racing is done on the open ocean then the stability offered by the 28″ Elite allows you to focus more on putting the power down than staying balanced. For more experienced paddlers, the narrower 12’6″ x 26″ Elite offers proven class winning performance in a wide variety of conditions

14'0" X 25" ELITE MSL

Who's it for? Racers who want the ultimate 14’ inflatable race board

If you’re in the 14’ race class, this is the inflatable race board to get. The Red Paddle Co 14’ x 25″ Elite is a machine built for speed.

At 14’ long and just 25″ wide, it has been shaped to cut through the water like a hot knife through butter. It rides high at 150mm thick, reducing drag, while double nose runner fins keep the board tracking straight without creating drag, a combination that lies at the heart of what makes this board so fast and so easy to control in race conditions. It’s also a great downwind board – it picks up swell and glides beautifully. All this in a board you can deflate, pack away and carry home in a backpack!

Our patented RSS system stiffens the board so there’s no flex, and the board comes with a built-in US Fin Box system, allowing you to adjust your fin to suit your style. The swept back design of the glass fibre fin prevents any debris from getting caught whilst paddling so you can focus on putting down the power.

Extra rigidity to triumph in extreme circumstances. Forward Flex Control or FFC is a patented innovation by Red Paddle Co that stiffens the front section of the board to remove the flex created in sprinting phases of a race and when paddling into waves. It also increases board speed to give you the competitive edge by channeling the energy to the back of the board. The system is made up of a carbon compression strut that works in combination with RSS to deliver a more rigid ride.

14'0" X 27" ELITE MSL

Who's it for? Competitive types wanting to enter the 14'0" class

The 14’0″ class is aimed at the slightly larger rider or those looking to compete over larger distances. The 14’0″ Elite inflatable SUP’s come in two sizes with the 27″ being the slightly wider of the two. The wider tail section offers fantastic stability and more manoeuvrable compared to the 14’0″ x 25″ Elite, making it a great all round race board.

The 14’0″ x 27″ Elite benefits from all of the latest Red Paddle Co innovations such as our patented Rocker Stiffening System or RSS for short. This counters any flex through two stiffening battens that are inserted into pockets on the side of the board; In addition to RSS, our patented Forward Flex Control System (FFC) then adds rigidity to the front of the board using a carbon compression rod to prevent flex that can be created in a race, channeling the energy towards the back of the board which increases overall board speed. RSS and FFC work together to create the stiffest, fastest inflatable SUP’s.

The board is also packed full of other features: Double nose fins aid tracking and displacing water from the deck of the board; The glass fibre centre fin supplied as standard gives the right amount of grip without adding drag, whilst the angled design prevents any debris from getting stuck on the fin; Multiple carry handles are included to provide fast entry and exit of the water and have been designed not to get in the way during racing; The diamond cut, Red embossed deck pad provides ultimate grip in control in all stages of a race.

When you have finished racing the board then rolls up and fits into our amazing back pack so can be transported anywhere in the world without the risk of damage.

ALLOY

Who's it for? Entry level paddlers

The Alloy Nylon paddle is our entry-level paddle, but no less technical for it. The mid section of the paddle shaft is coated in soft-grip EVA adding comfort and grip without adding weight, and it has an ergonomic t-grip handle design which fits snuggly into the palm of your hand.

The medium sized nylon blade has been streamlined for low-impact paddling, with the right amount of flex to reduce paddler fatigue. The adjustable top section allows the paddle to be shared by multiple paddlers through an easy and robust push pin system, meaning the paddle can fit a range of paddler heights so you can share the SUP love with friends and family.

The Alloy Nylon paddle is a great starting point for those getting onto the water for the first time and comes at a great price point. For those looking for a slightly lighter paddler offering more performance then our Glass and Carbon paddles are fantastic paddles depending on budget.

CARBON NYLON

Who's it for? Those looking to upgrade their paddle for high end performance and durability

The Carbon Nylon paddle is the perfect companion for families looking to upgrade to a ‘next level’ paddle. It is also a great option when matched with the Wild board thanks to the highly durable nylon blade. The carbon shaft is lightweight and delivers maximum power transfer and the rubber edging on the blade protects the blade even further.

The polyethylene blade maintains rigidity thanks to the longitudinal structural reinforcements throughout the blade which tapers towards the end allowing for flex in the blade where most forced is applied to avoid damage.

GLASS GLASS

Who's it for? A paddler looking to upgrade to a lighter paddle and more durable blade

This paddle has a glass fibre shaft with a progressive curve blade shape to give you extra performance. The shaft has a dynamic flex that will put extra spring and energy into your stroke.

Like our Carbon paddle, the blade shape follows a traditional teardrop design with a single dihedral that allows water to flow evenly off each side, whilst the double concave adds stability creating a smooth stroke reducing blade flutter in the water.

The structural foam core reduces weight whilst adding rigidity and strength to the paddle and the glass fibre construction.

CARBON CARBON

Who's it for? Those looking for a high level of performance on a budget

The Carbon gives you many of the benefits of a full carbon paddle but at a lower price. It uses a multi-directional carbon weave material for greater strength whilst keeping the paddle light and responsive.

The blade shape is based on a traditional teardrop design with a single dihedral blade face allows water to flow evenly off each side creating a smooth and stable stroke, whilst the double concave offers the user to really put the power down.

The structural foam core and abs rail increases durability whilst reducing weight so you can paddle further, for longer without worrying about damage.
